And the Journey of this Music School
We are committed to continually upgrading and updating our equipment and services for our staff and customers. This month, our front desk staff will be upgrading our computer software. Our new system will allow easier scheduling, better communication with our teachers about their schedules, and options for our families to receive email reminders about lessons! This new system will help us serve you better and ensure that you have the BEST experience in music lessons possible.
Because we have the utmost security when it comes to your financial information, debit and credit card information is encrypted. We are unable to transfer this information, and will need all families to re-submit debit or CC information for billing. It’s easy! The next time you are at the Studio, just stop by the front desk. We have a new card reader, so all you have to do is swipe the card of your choice! With our new software, families can still login and view their account information and upcoming appointments, as well as choose to have email confirmations and notifications set to “on” or “off.” In addition to our new computer system, we are adding NEW teachers and NEW lesson options. If you would like to switch lesson days, times, or upgrade to a 45 minute or 60 minute lesson, just give us a call at 763-670-8882. We expanded our openings, and added hours on Friday and Saturdays! NEW: Lunchtime Lessons available, for adults or homeschool students! Take your lessons earlier and beat the dinner rush! Passionate about quality music instruction, Jennifer Hickle Director
